1. 資料收集 Data Collection

當您使用「2C To Go (交通仔)」(下稱「本應用」) 的 Google 登入功能時，我們會收集您的基本個人資料，包括您的姓名、電郵地址及個人頭像。此外，當您使用雷達或落車提示功能時，本應用會要求存取您的裝置位置資訊 (GPS)。

When you use the Google Login feature of "2C To Go" (the "App"), we collect basic profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture. Additionally, when using the Radar or Alight Alarm features, the App will request access to your device's location data (GPS).

2. 資料使用 Data Usage

我們收集的資料僅用於以下用途：提供及維持個人化帳戶服務（如跨裝置同步書籤）、在地圖上顯示您的目前位置以尋找附近車站，以及觸發基於位置的落車鬧鐘提示。我們不會在背景持續追蹤您的位置，除非您主動啟用落車提示功能。

The collected data is used exclusively for: providing and maintaining personalized account services (such as cross-device bookmark syncing), displaying your current location on the map to find nearby stations, and triggering location-based alight alarms. We do not continuously track your location in the background unless you actively enable the alight alarm feature.

3. 資料分享與披露 Data Sharing and Disclosure

我們絕不會向任何第三方出售您的個人資料。我們僅透過 Google Firebase 處理身分驗證，並使用香港政府及公共交通機構之開放數據 API 提供實時資訊。

We will never sell your personal data to any third parties. We solely use Google Firebase for authentication processing and utilize Open Data APIs from the Hong Kong Government and public transport operators to provide real-time information.

4. 資料安全 Data Security

我們致力於保護您的資料安全。您的登入憑證由 Google 安全處理，而您的個人設定（如收藏車站）則會安全地儲存於您的本機裝置或我們的加密資料庫中。

We are committed to protecting your data. Your login credentials are securely handled by Google, and your personal preferences (like bookmarked stops) are stored securely on your local device or our encrypted database.
